AVEVA E3D

AVEVA E3D is a detail design software in offshore and onshore of Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Plant, Shipbuilding industries. Its database functions as safeguarding important project data worth many billions of dollars all over the world. The initial goal of PDMS directed towards to develop computer-aided design techniques. AVEVA E3D is upgraded from AVEVA PDMS (Plant Design Management System), by the same time, E3D also integrates other AVEVA design solutions, including AVEVA Marine.

Integrated design facilitates data migration with other design systems, it effectively allows engineering software to be deployed into existing infrastructure with minimal risk.

CAD software is used to create 2D drawings or 3D models. E3D design data can be exported to AutoCAD, and on the contrary, AutoCAD drawings can be also converted to E3D data

An important application of the software is to be able to convert data in parallel to save time for designing, additional designing, or re-engineering from projects that have already had basic design drawings.

  1. LASER SCANNING

Laser Scanning

Laser scanning technology is also known as 3D digitization. It is an intelligent technology so that people take digital images of the shape of physical objects by using a stream of laser light.

This technology creates data cloud points from the surface of an object. The purpose of this technology is to create a 3D model consisting of point clouds. These points can then be used to extrapolate the shape of the objects (a process known as Reconstruction). At each point, when accurate information is gathered, in which color on the surface of this object is identified.

Laser scanning ensures the degree of high accuracy of 3D acquisition of complex large equipment, structures and systems to collect data from drawings of projects at construction sites and factories. Instead of gathering existing data from outdated drawings, using laser scanning technology can optimize this process to improve the efficiency of detailed design drawings, and complete well for modeling. realistic construction sites into 3D design projects, factory upgrading, maintenance or repair projects.
